On 17 August 2019, the hurling community gathered at Clonkill GAA grounds for an extraordinary day of sport and remembrance. The Annabel's All-Stars 7-a-side adult hurling tournament brought together all 15 Westmeath hurling clubs alongside Dublin's Ballyboden St Enda's in a poignant tribute to Annabel Loughlin.
The event showcased the incredible unity of the GAA community, with players, families and supporters coming together in a spirit of commemoration. Through their combined efforts,  €44,556 was raised for children's charities, creating a lasting legacy in Annabel's memory.
The tournament structure allowed for competitive yet friendly matches throughout the day, with each club fielding their finest hurlers in a display of skill and sportsmanship that truly honoured the occasion.
Teams from across Westmeath and Dublin competed with passion and respect throughout the day-long tournament.

Legendary Guests
The tournament was graced by some of hurling's finest, including legendary Kilkenny hurler Henry Shefflin, Dublin star Eoghan O'Donnell, and popular sports comedian Conor Moore. Their presence added a special dimension to the day, as they interacted with players and supporters alike.
Player of the Tournament
In a fitting ceremony that captured the spirit of the day, Liam Moran was named Player of the Tournament for his exceptional skill and sportsmanship. The award was presented jointly by Henry Shefflin and Eoghan O'Donnell, creating a memorable moment for all in attendance.

Beyond the competitive matches, the day was characterised by an overwhelming sense of community support. Spectators from across the county and beyond gathered to show their solidarity with Annabel's family, creating an atmosphere of warmth and remembrance.

Through their collective efforts, nearly €45,000 was raised for children's charities, creating a lasting legacy that will continue to make a difference in young lives across Ireland.
The Loughlin family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to all who participated, volunteered, donated, and attended. In their darkest hours, the warm embrace of the wider GAA family provided comfort and a reminder of the values that bind this unique sporting community together.
